Pro Gun Control and Anti Gun Control

Pro Gun Control

http://www.bradycampaign.org/

The Brady Campaign is used to stop violence due to guns all across America. In their mission statement they state that they try to "reform the gun industry by enacting and enforcing sensible regulations to reduce gun violence, including regulations governing the gun industry."

The Brady Campaign tries to make guns safe for American's, by creating laws to increase criminal background checks they allow guns to only be used in a controlled environment, they also try to make it harder for people to own guns which would help stop a number of cases that arise due to people obtaining them without permits or safe background checks.

Anti Gun Control

The NRA wants to protect Americans rights to bear arms, which effectively means that they want to allow more people in the US to own guns. this can easily lead to an increase in gun violence if they are in the wrong hands.

The NRA has set up training for Americans who want to learn how to use a gun, as well as teaching children about gun safety if they were ever in that situation. However the NRA still believe that the gun laws should not be increased to make it harder to aquire a gun.

These two websites obtain two very different points of view, however they both believe that it is an Americans right to be able to bear arms. The difference is that the Brady Campaign fights to make it more difficult for anyone to buy one without a background check and
more than one gun already owned whilst the NRA fights to allow everyone in the US to have one for their protection
